- Be sure to begin each training session with a full-body warm up
- Drink plenty of water before, during and after each training session
TRAINING
- Learn the technique for the skill by watching ChoHo U Trainer from the back
- Clarify body placement of the skill by watching ChoHo U Trainer from the front
- Become proficient in the the skill by training both sides of the body
recovery
- If you are proceeding on to the next skill, take a moment to drink water between trainings
- For those finished with their training for the day, be sure to do a full-body cool down to complete your training
