Course 101B: Skill Development 102C: Pole Back Roll

preparation

  • Be sure to begin each training session with a full-body warm up
  • Drink plenty of water before, during and after each training session

TRAINING

  • Learn the technique for the skill by watching ChoHo U Trainer from the back
  • Clarify body placement of the skill by watching ChoHo U Trainer from the front
  • Become proficient in the the skill by training both sides of the body

recovery

  • If you are proceeding on to the next skill, take a moment to drink water between trainings
  • For those finished with their training for the day, be sure to do a full-body cool down to complete your training
