Revisit the Rituals for Training that make it fun and an integral part of your life. Remember to bookend your training by adding personal elements to your ritual so that it becomes something you look forward to. These elements set the stage for accessing creativity, moving authentically and making progress.

Listed below are some elements to consider:

FIRE: Light a Candle or let in natural light
WORDS: Set an Intention verbally or write it in a journal
BEAUTY: Adorn your space with things beautiful things
SOUND: Create a playlist of your favorite songs to dance to
ATTIRE: Put on anything that makes you feel sexy and confident
BREATH: Take a breath and express to yourself what you intend to accomplish
